At Loltopin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your artwork, we offer a straightforward refund and return process to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience.
Return and Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The artwork must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging, including any certificates of authenticity, labels, and other items included with the piece.
- Custom artwork or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
If you would like to return your purchase, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@loltopin.com or call us at (570) 655-3040 within 30 days of receiving your artwork. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the artwork.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
Return the Artwork: Carefully pack the artwork in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during the return process. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Inspection and Refund Process: Once we receive the returned artwork, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If everything is in order, we will issue your refund via the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process.
Damaged or Defective Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we will be happy to help. Please follow the same return process outlined above, and once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchanged artwork as soon as possible.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized artwork
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital products or downloadable content
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the artwork is defective or damaged upon arrival.
