1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Loltopin offers reliable shipping services for both domestic and international orders. The estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination.
Domestic Orders (within the U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Next-Day Delivery: 1 business day (available for select locations)
International Orders:
- Delivery times for international orders can vary greatly depending on the destination and customs processing times. Generally, it can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days for international shipments to arrive.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process, and you will have the opportunity to review them before completing your purchase. We strive to keep shipping rates reasonable and offer various options to meet your needs.

3. Order Processing and Handling
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

6. Delivery Issues and Missing Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please retain all packaging and images of the damage, as this information may be needed for insurance claims.
7. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are not included in the price of your order and are the responsibility of the customer. The carrier may require payment of these fees before delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information regarding potential duties and taxes.
8. Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
9. Shipping Damage
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photos of the damage to process a claim with the carrier. Damaged artwork will be replaced or refunded based on your preference.
10. Shipping Holidays
Please note that our shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) do not deliver on weekends or holidays. During major holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s, shipping times may be extended, and delivery delays are possible.

To avoid any shipping delays or issues, please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. Loltopin is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
